This is an In-line Blow Molder that is often referred to as a Reheat Stretch Blow Molder because it uses pre-forms. The pre-forms are heated, air pressure is introduced into the center which blows the preform out until it contacts the walls of the mold. This is what give the bottle its shape. Once the newly formed bottle is cooled, it is released from the mold and discharged on to a conveyor.
